the resort has two amazing pools with swim-up bars the king size single beds in the twin rooms were great the location was also very convenient i found many good restaurants nearby the staff were very kind and helpful. the room was comfortable and spacious there was good wifi access the fridge was a great addition the buffet breakfast included many choices. the pools were lovely and close to the beach with towels provided the restaurant and bar prices were reasonable.

the air conditioning did not cool the room effectively it was also quite noisy the bathroom was uncomfortably hot making it difficult to use after showering i had to request the safe be fixed multiple times but no one came to address it.

the breakfast buffet featured a wide selection of dishes with fresh ingredients available the restaurant offered reasonably priced options and a 10% discount voucher was available for food and drinks some exclusions applied.

the beautiful ocean view room was spacious and clean a fridge was included i appreciated the strong wifi signal available the bathroom had good shower facilities the bed was large and comfortable.

two large swimming pools both included swim-up bars i noticed there were ample loungers and shaded areas for relaxation the pools were kept clean the resort had direct access to the beach.

i found all the staff members were very helpful and friendly they promptly addressed any requests the staff always welcomed guests with a smile i appreciated their attentiveness throughout my stay the service at the restaurant was efficient.

The hotel room was not clean. Neither were the glasses nor the cutlery at the dining area. I wish I didn't have stomach problems. Staff did not help or assist me then. The guy on the phone rushed me to order breakfast.
